Return Process

  Carefully place the unused fragrance bottle in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
